RECIPE REMIX: Tack Oswal's Aloo Bhujia in a bowl and add chopped onions, green chillies and coriander into it.Mix it gently with a fork. Now put chaat masala,mint chutney and tomato ketchup.Mix well. Take a slice of bread and apply mint chutney on the base. Sprad the bhujia mixture on it and cut it diagonally into four pieces. Arrange a lettuce leaf on a plate and spread salad on top.Garnish it with a spring of coriander. Now, arrange the sandwiches alternately baside the salad and serve it with mint chutney or ketchup.

Recipe For four cones: Cut papad into four quarters and roast gently till soft. Remove from heat and roll into cones before the papad hardens. For the filling: Mash finely 40-50 gms cottage cheese, and add add:10 gms crushed roasted cashew nuts, 5 gms roasted chopped raisins, one finely chopped green chilli, salt and white pepper to taste. Spoon the filling into the cones, and serve with shredded onions, and mint sauce or tartar sauce.
Recipe: Roast 2-3 Papads. Break the Papads into 1inch squares. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a saucepan, add 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp chilli powder and 1 tbsp curd simultaneously. Stir till curd is brown. Add 1-2 pinches turmeric, 1 cup water and salt. Boil. Add papads and coriander. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Serve papad ki sabzi hot with rice.
Recipe: In a bowl,mix:paneer, chopped coriander,green chillies, onion and ginger. Add salt, Chaat masala, roasted cumin powder & pepper powder to taste. Mix well. Now soak Oswal Chana Papad in a bowl of water for 2-3 minutes till it softens. Remove gently from the water & place on a muslin cloth. Roll a small amount of the mixture in each papad and press the edges of the roll to seal. Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls individuaily till golden brown. Cut rolls into 2 pieces, and serve on a plate, garnished with ringed onions & lemon wedges. Mint & tamarind chutney make ideal accompaniments.

Recipe: For the mixture, mix:Oswal's Surya Bhujia, chopped green chillies, chaat masala, salt and butter. Butter on both sides, two Oswal Punjabi Masala Papads.Spread the mixture in between the Papads and grill the sandwich. Serve.
